Gail Beaver
Nurse Practitioner/ Owner
Gail is a native to the area who graduated from Pleasanton High in 1991; she went on to the University of Incarnate Word where she graduated in 1996 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Gail then attended The University of Texas Health Science Center where she achieved her Master Degree of Science in Nursing and further pursued her education as a Nurse Practitioner. She has always had a heart for people and aspired to someday own her own practice where she could facilitate patient care in the same way she would take care of her own family with kind heart and with the dignity in which each patient deserves. Gail is married to her husband Tommy and they have two sons, Trey and Trent. She and her family enjoy spending time at their ranch hunting and fishing. She is also very involved in stock car racing as her youngest son Trent races his own car.

Tracey Frias
Practice Manager
Tracey’s goal as the Practice Manager for Beaver Medical Group is to supervise the office staff effectively and maintain a productive and efficient working environment. Over 25 years of medical office and administration experience makes Tracey uniquely qualified to oversee the day to day functions of the practice and staff. Aside from ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, her goal is to deliver efficient and effective service to all Beaver Medical patients. Tracey has been married to her husband Danny for 29 years; they have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to scrapbook, travel with her husband, spend time out on their boat and takes every opportunity to spend time with her grandbabies.
Maribel Garcia-Sandoval
Administrative Assistant
Belle works diligently every day to ensure our patients prescription and referral needs are met she also assists management in the day to day tasks of the office. Belle has 20+ years of experience in the medical and pharmacy industry and is a Board Certified Pharmacy Technician. Belle is married to her husband Michael and they have two boys Tristen and Ryan; she enjoys spending family time at the beach, 80’s music, movies and scrapbooking her family memories.
Breanne Barney
Billing Coordinator
We are happy to say that Breanne joined our team as our Billing Coordinator in January 2016; she comes to us with over 5 years of experience working in the medical field. Breanne is not limited to administration as she also has experience in patient care and phlebotomy. Breanne just recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Her wide variety of experiences brings depth to her abilities at Beaver Medical Group. She has a number of creative interest and can be found enjoying time with her husband of 12 years and their 5 children.
Misty Leija
Medical Assistant
Misty is a longtime resident of the area; she was born in San Antonio and raised in LaVernia. Misty has been a Medical Assistant for over 15 years and has a great compassion for people and their healthcare needs and has proven to be a great addition to our team. Misty and her husband Albert have two children Kristen and Kourtney; they have been very involved in the FFA program in LaVernia. In her spare time Misty enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with her family and enjoys every moment she can with her two nephews.
